Pujiman ↔ PujimanDreams Across Two Deserts

The next steps

In winter 2027, Martu participants aim to host a reciprocal exchange on Karlamilyi and Kulyakartu Country - inviting Ju/'hoansi Elders, Cultural Leaders, Rangers and Artists from the Nyae Nyae Conservancy, to come visit and share knowledge and stories on Martu Country in Western Australia.

Your donation can go further

Camera Story is participating in AusArt Day 2026, supporting the next chapter of Pujiman ↔ Pujiman.

Funds raised will contribute to the reciprocal Ju/'hoansi ↔ Martu bushmen to bushmen exchange, which Camera Story aims to host on Martu Country in July 2027. It is hoped that this will lead to further cultural, creative and leadership outputs, including a collaborative multimedia art exhibition, and more film outputs.

AusArt Day is a national initiative designed to support and enable a collective action by artists and arts organisations to fundraise on one national day. The matched funding initiative encourages donations during AusArt Day by matching each contribution dollar-for-dollar, effectively doubling the value of the first $5k of donations. Donate today.
